Does Liverpool have many mixed-race people?
The phrase “the world in one city” was first used by Liverpool in It’s capital of culture bid, then usurped by London for it’s 2012 Olympic bid. Liverpool does not have one specific ethnic minority like many Northern Towns, but has many, from Chinese Jamaican, Somalian and Scandinavian being well particularly well represented to just about every race on the planet.
