Does liposuction produce permanent results?
When Dr. Del Vecchio performs liposuction, the cells that he removes during the procedure will not grow back. At that point it is up to you to make the results permanent. As long as you do not overeat more calories a day than your body burns and you do not gain an excessive amount of weight after the liposuction surgery, your body contouring should be permanent.
After liposuction the body’s new shape is more or less permanent. If a patient does gain a moderate amount of weight after liposuction, then the figure will simply be a larger version of the new body shape.
