Does Linker violate Googles Webmaster Guidelines?
No. To be very clear, Linker is not a link database, and we do not operate a cross-linking network. We simply provide marketers with introductions to other marketers who are interested in linking; and once the introduction is made we are out of the picture. While we do require users to pay a fee for an introduction, we do not require them to pay a fee for the link itself. In fact, after the introduction, site owners have free will to link or not to link. Additionally, we do not promote any paid links, nor do we require reciprocal linking, or force users to link back to Eightfold Logic.
