Does linkedin work better than traditional job sites like monster.com?
Might not be…since it is not as much a visible medium as the case is with monster.com which is widely and publicly advertised and publicised on print/electronic & web mediums! But it may really work for me or for someone else who uses it as a tool and may be as equally effective as monster.com or any other x, y, z sites if used on effectively, since it allows for exchange of information with decision makers on a one to one basis unlike the other job search sites which are rather passive means of searching for jobs / opportunities.
