Lifespan’s Guarantee Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Refunds are valid for 35 days from the purchase date of the product. To obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for refunds, which is required before you ship product back to us, please call 877-754-0436. The return address and shipping instructions will be provided to you at the time your RMA is issued. Upon receipt of your RMA shipment, your refund will be issued within 10 days.
