Does Lenexa offer free mulch to its residents?
Lenexa provides access to free mulch for its residents throughout the year. The mulch is located outside the Public Works Operations Center gates at 7700 Cottonwood. It consists of ground tree material that citizens and city crews have brought in throughout the year. There is no limit on amount of mulch or number of trips; however, residents are responsible for loading their own mulch.
