The Green Building Certification Institute has instituted a Credentialing Maintenance Requirement for existing and future Green Associates and LEED APs. Credentialed individuals will be required to fulfill the education requirements within 2 year cycles in order to maintain their credential. Otherwise, the credential will expire.
