Does leaving x.v. color ON on my Panasonic PZ80U affect color calibration?

Like the title suggests, I’m wondering whether leaving this setting on “Auto” will affect my color calibration in any way. The source device is a PS3, connected via HDMI. I don’t believe there is any content available currently that uses x.v. color but could this setting alter my color calibration in any way whatsoever? I’m using the AVSHD709 disc to do the calibration, which the PS3 recognizes as a Blu-ray Disc.
