Does Leapfrog Internet offer newsgroups?
Leapfrog Internet does not currently offer newsgroup services to our customers for three main reasons. First, we have found that most of the third-party newsgroup services are simply unreliable; second, we have found that the majority of newsgroup users are searching for pornographic material; and last, a significant portion of newsgroup users are doing nothing more than harvesting email addresses in order to send spam email.
