Does LAUP have an appeal process for parents that make below the median income for a providers zip code?
LAUP has a streamlined appeals process in place for parents that make below the median income for a provider’ zip code. Providers are responsible for informing parents of their right to appeal the parent investment fee, and for providing parents with the appropriate LAUP forms. Parent(s) are responsible for returning the completed forms to LAUP within 14 days. LAUP will respond to all appeals within 30 days.
