LastPass for Google Chrome contains partial support for basic authentication. As long as you’re running the version of LastPass for Google Chrome with binary features, filling is supported for Windows and Mac OS X (Linux isn’t supported at this time). Saving isn’t supported, so you’ll need to use another browser extension such as LastPass for Firefox to save your basic authentication sites into LastPass.
