No, laser just engrave the material, not to color. If you want to add colors to your design or work piece, you can use another stick material on your piece to be cut with laser beam, something like vinyl and plastics or you can use some other chemicals, which are sensitive to LASER, and with the laser beam, some reaction happens, which gives colors to material.
