Does labour generally start anytime from 37 weeks or is it 38?

Labour can start at any time during pregnancy. A baby is classed as full term from 37 weeks onwards so it’s quite common to go into labour any time from then. I work on a labour ward and I have noticed most babies are born at around 39 weeks.
