Yes. Equipment shall be decontaminated with a tuberculocidal disinfectant such as 10% bleach solution, allowing at least 15 minutes of contact time. Note: Bleach is very corrosive to most metal surfaces, including stainless steal. Equipment should be wiped down with water to prevent pitting of the surface after decontaminating with bleach.
