Yes. This is possible with KUpload+ 2.0. KUpload+ checks total upload size. You can limit total upload size in KUpload+ using setting in web.config file. If user try to upload file more than allowed size, KUpload+ will throw an exception. Developer can handle this exception and display user friendly message to user.
