We inspect our work before leaving your property and if for some reason you find our service unsatisfactory, you can contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the very next day. Refunds are not offered. We will correct any mistakes, because we want to do the right job. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next house cleaning. Customer has 7 calendar days to contact us in order to express any concerns about th quality of our work.
