Does Kodak offer an extended warranty for the scanner?
For end users in the United States and Canada, we offer a Three-Year Service Agreement called Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR). This AUR agreement provides coverage for 36 months from the date of purchase plus a process for supplying a replacement scanner by the next business day. An AUR registration card is shipped with the scanner.
