KLM does not offer in-flight Internet access at this time. However, it is possible to contact your colleagues, friends and family members via KLM’s in-seat e-mail and SMS (text messaging) services. For a limited charge per message sent or received, these services are available on KLM’s fleet of new Boeing 777 and A330 aircraft. This service is available in both World Business Class and Economy Class. In addition, full-access Internet connections are available in most KLM lounges around the world.
