Does Kidshak assess, or interview applicants?
In line with DTI rulings again, it is not permitted by law to charge assessment fees to any applicant. Due to the amount of applications we receive on a daily basis, we do not have the time to assess each one individually and would have to employ staff to do this at a huge cost to the agency. We avoid such costs as we would then need to relay the amount to the parents in the form of a joining fee, which we do not wish to do. Our clients select from photo’s and so do we. We do, however, have our clients complete assessment sheets on our behalf at shoots and auditions, and those that are not deemed suitable, for whatever reason, will be offered a full and immediate refund. Please be aware, however, that we do not wish to waste yours or our clients precious time, taking on children which when they arrive at studios, are totally not suitable for modelling work in terms of their attitude, behaviour and confidence.
