Does Kelley require work experience?
While we don’t require work experience, it is rare to be offered admission without it. We like to see students with at least two years of full-time, post-undergraduate work experience. Kelley MBA students have, on average, five years of full-time experience. Most students find their MBA experience far richer and their post-MBA career options far greater if they have a base of professional work experience to build on as they move through the program.
