KeLa Engineered Fuel contains both recycled and recovered materials. The coal fines typically used to make the fuel product are recovered from existing waste impoundments and/or diverted from processing plant waste streams. The binders used to form the Engineered Fuel are based on recycled (landfill diverted) materials.
