Does Kehler Properties rent town homes, “ranch style”, multi-unit complex, off street parking, garages, or other recently constructed units or conveniences?
Kehler Properties does not own any newly or recently constructed structures. Our units are typically 80-90 year old structures. Many have been recently rebuilt to include many of the amenities of new construction such as modern wiring, plumbing, kitchens, baths, windows, doors, siding, etc. Unless we specify, we do not provide off street parking or garages with any rental.
