We do not include air conditioning of any type unless specified. Additionally, some of our rentals have casement windows that are great for ventilation, but awkward to install air conditioners in. If you need air conditioning, we suggest that you choose one of our units that has double-hung windows which are readily adaptable for window air conditioners. For an added monthly rental of $25 each, we will include window air conditioners in units with double hung windows.
