Because of the age of our structures, they were not designed with handicapped accessibility in mind and it is not feasible to or possible, in most instances, to qualify our units. There are 2 fine, well engineered facilities in Frackville designed to accommodate the needs of physically disabled individuals. High Point Manor and Spring Hill Manor are ideally suited for handicapped accessibility.
