Kehler Properties does allow some types of pets in a few of our units for an additional rental fee and for a non-refundable Pet Deposit. Large dogs are not allowed. If you bring in a pet after moving in, without authorization, you will breach the lease agreement and face prompt eviction. A penalty of $500 will be deducted from your Security Deposit. If necessary, we may file a court judgment against you for damages caused by the pet.
