My question is that does kapal bharati or any other such pranayam have any side effects like internal bleeding/diarrhea or any other such adverse effects on internal organs. This question is stemmed from an article I read in Times of India, and also from an observation of similar symptoms which can be attributed to regular practice of kapal bharati.
