St Louis has the metrolink system, so its not underground like a subway, but it is a train that can take you all over the city. I ride it to work from downtown all the time.

St. Louis, Missouri does not have a subway rail system. You must have misread something. Kansas City, Missouri also does not have a subway rail system.
