You must contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Packages will be refused if there is no visible RMA number on the package. K Alliance is not responsible for return shipping fees or packages lost during shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
