Does just being hungry burn calories!?
First off, eating after 6-7-8 PM is a myth, your body uses calories all day and all night, even at rest. When you are hungry, feed your body, it needs the food to continue and restore itself. When you are trying to lose weight, you need to start eating, starving yourself can weaken your metabolism, making it easy to gain weight and harder to lose in the future. Also exercising burns the most calories since your body is very active, it will dig deep into the calories from different stores, like carbs and fats, then protein, and it will lose weight. Just not eating, your body isn’t in need for losing weight, you just eat to survive.
