Does JuriSearch® have a citator service like Shepards?
A. JuriSearch® has developed its own electronic case history system called CheckMate. CheckMate is included in your monthly subscription at no extra charge. On the face of each case, there are two buttons. Click on the CheckMate button and you will instantly see whether your case has been overruled, disapproved, superseded by statute or whether the California Supreme Court has granted review. Click on the Case History button and you will access up to 1,000 subsequent cases that have cited your case.
