Does Johns Manville offer life-long learning?
Some basic job skills are expected from our new employees. However, JM does provide training that allows you to improve and enhance your skills. All Johns Manville employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through courses offered through the JM Development Center. Our flexible educational courses are designed to meet your scheduling and learning needs as you can choose from classroom, web-based, CD, audiotape and even fax-based instruction. As a Johns Manville employee, you are also eligible to participate in an educational assistance program and receive financial reimbursement for certain educational courses offered outside of Johns Manville.
