Does John Frusciante use a nylon string guitar to play Road Trippin\?
First off i love that song! Although many play this song with nylon strings, he plays this song with steel strings. You can hear it if you listen carefully. I suggest you use your guitar now (the one with the steel strings) for this song. You’ll get more JF like tone in this song. It does sound very cool to play it with a classical guitar (nylon strings) but it’s not how John does it.
