Does jogging help lose weight?
Hey Buddy! Congratz on making the first move into a healthier lifestyle i respect that alot because ther are so many people these days who just let them selves go and dont do anything about it. Being a Personal Trainer myself i think that the eliptical for 50 minutes every day is PERFECT, that is an awesome amount just remember to increase intensity every so often so its not too hard. Joggin aswell as the gym will burn you fat aswell DEFINATLY, if you can handle it man go for it. Dont forget the weight training either man because an increase in muscle mass means an increase in calories burnt.
