Along with JHEM email, a web-based calendar program is also available to you when your email account is activated. This program allows you to create multiple calendars and group them for layered viewing. You can grant permissions to other JHEM users for accessing and modifying your calendars. A URL is available for each of your calendars if you wish to allow others access to read a particular calendar where no login is required. A synchronization tool is available for use with Palm and Windows CE devices, as well as Microsoft Outlook.
