According to the Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, there is no set rule for Daylight-saving time changes. One thing that is entrenched in law is that there must be at least 150 days of Daylight-Saving Time annually. At that time the clock will be moved forward one hour, from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
