Does Jazel work with other website analytics packages?
A. Yes. Jazel can integrate third-party website analytics packages such as Omniture, Website Story or WebTrends for those customers who already have licenses or are more familiar with these solutions. Q. Can I create my own Business Processes or do the need to be custom configured. A. Business processes can be created by users with the proper permissions. Certain processes and/or triggers may need to be custom created at the time of the initial configuration. But, from then on users can create, edit and delete their own Business Processes and associated Stages & Activities.
