Does Jay Foster provide free legal work?
Absolutely! Jay Foster is committed to providing free legal work for people who cannot afford it. He has rountinely represented battered women in divorce and child custody cases who are unable to afford an attorney. He gets incredible satisfaction from assisting an abused woman in turning her life around. It is truly one of the great experiences that he has had in life. Jay Foster has also assisted dozens of people since Hurricane Katrina regarding landlord-tenant issues, mortgage issues, insurance issues, and various other matters. Similar to many of us, while Jay Foster lost his home and was temporarily living in his office, he still did all of this for free. Jay Foster did it (and is currently doing it) because he truly wants to help people and give back to our community. It is something that Jay Foster believes everyone should do and he will continue to provide this service for as many people as he possibly can.
