Does JavaSoy® use GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) soybeans?
No. All of Adler Foods products are made with non-GMO soybeans. The seeds are from an exclusive food grade soybean breeding program, under the guidance of our own Dr. Doug Nesbitt, Ph.D. A talented soybean breeder, Dr. Nesbitt consults with food processors to determine what traits would make their products superior, and then breeds and screens different varieties to fit the need. It is a concept of quality control carried to the extreme. And since the variety we use is a secret, we maintain complete control over production.
