Does Iyam hire agents to perform call taking services?
• Yes, we are always on the look out for new talent. We hire individuals who will perform customer service and phone sales activities from their home office. We prefer individuals with experience, however due to the rise in unemployment we realize that many people have not had the adequate call center training, yet have talents and skills that are transferable, so we have implemented a dynamic training and coaching program, to aid those with no customer service, phone sales or call center experience to make the transition to their virtual call center career easier.
