Reasonable advance notice is required; our usual need is seventy-two hours. Hand controls are available at no additional fee. Hand controls are available on our full-size cars only. Equipment varies between pull or push type. Drivers for the blind or those whose equipment needs can not be met may drive a car as an Authorized Driver for the person for whom service is intended. The Authorized Driver must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years of age. There is no fee for an Additional Authorized Driver under these circumstances.
