Does iTravel comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act?
iTravel provides rental services to accommodate all customers and comply with the stipulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please call our toll free number 1- 877-739-7173 and speak to a Customer Service Representative for any special equipment or requests. Reasonable advance notice is required; our usual need is seventy-two hours. Hand controls are available at no additional fee. Hand controls are available on our full-size cars only. Equipment varies between pull or push type. Drivers for the blind or those whose equipment needs can not be met may drive a car as an Authorized Driver for the person for whom service is intended. The Authorized Driver must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years of age. There is no fee for an Additional Authorized Driver under these circumstances.
