When you place an order, you have the freedom to choose if you would like to use your own logistics or itradefood.com’s. If you choose to use our logistics, we have established partnerships with companies experienced in the international transportation of food products. These partners will clear customs, border documents and deliver products to your door. Can a buyer request a sample of the offered product before making a purchase? Yes, we are the only company that accommodates this request and it is to submit a sample request online. We believe that in order to keep sample requests serious we ask that sellers supply the sample and buyers pay for the shipping expense associated with the request. This shared responsibility will support the need for sampling while avoiding requests that may be frivolous.
