Does it take any longer for mail to be delivered to a Krislyns Mail Forwarding Service user?
A. Most likely, only a few seconds longer – a delay not likely to be noticed by the recipient. Our servers uses muliple T3 connections to the Internet, so its throughput is substantial. However, the Internet being the Internet, the one thing that Krislyn can promise is that no promises can be made about the Internet. Mail sometimes travels fast, sometimes travels slowly, and occasionally, is completely lost. This is not a Krislyn’s Mail Forwarding Service or a Value-Added Network issue… its a fact of life on the Internet. Q. Is the e-mail going to be secure? A. No mail on the Internet is secure. You may take several steps, including encryption, to reduce the risk to your mail, but the risk is not eliminated. Using Krislyn’s Mail Forwarding Service neither increases or decreases the risk. Q.
