Does it support rich text format (RTF) or Microsoft Word formats?
No, because these are not Internet email formats. Total Access Emailer supports the Internet email formats of plain text or HTML. Rich text messages can be converted to HTML by using an HTML editor such as Microsoft FrontPage or Dreamweaver, then sending it with Total Access Emailer in HTML message. When creating an email blast, use the “HTML Tab” and it’s help topic for additional information.
