Does it sound like symptoms of mono?
It could be your mind or it could be mono. Wait a couple days and see… The incubation period for mono is about 30-60 days. Mono is transmitted by a virus so there’s nothing you can do to stop it if you actually have it. The illness, when present, begins with three to five days of fatigue, headache and abdominal pain. See a doctor if you develop these symptoms in the next few days.
It could be, wouldn’t hurt too get tested for it since the test is just a finger prick. The symptoms of mono are constant fatigue, fever, sore throat, loss of appetite, swollen lymph nodes, headaches, sore muscles, larger-than-normal liver or spleen, skin rash, and abdominal pain. Mono usually lasts a few weeks, since it’s a virus there’s no medicine that will make it better fast. But you can take advil or motrin to help with muscle aches and things like that. Plenty of rest will help too.
