Does it matter the food i eat r the calories i eat?
You need to do both – eat healthier foods and in healthier quantities (as controlled by counting calories). It’s fine to occasionally treat yourself, you need to still keep the calories in check. Eating a slice of pizza (400 calories or more) just won’t keep you satisfied like a healthier meal. A grilled chicken breast has only about 150 calories. Have 1/2 cup of rice for 100 calories and just about any vegetables (not potatoes or other starchy ones), in almost any amount for next to no calories (1/2 cup of broccoli has just 37 calories!). So you can either have 1 slice of pizza, or all of the following: Chicken, rice, broccoli, a garden salad with light dressing which will give you more nutrients you need, keep you fuller longer, won’t clog your arteries, etc, etc. And to top it off, the whole chicken meal has even fewer calories than a single slice of pizza.
