Does it matter that i have a Spanish Guitar?

Hello there, If you have an arch top Spanish guitar, you will find a difference in tone. The difference is not drastic and you have to have a trained ear to detect the variation. A Spanish guitar produces a beautiful warm tone and should work well on most acoustic pieces. My first guitar was an ancient Spanish arch top back in 1957 or 1958 (it was ancient when I got it). That guitar had a very warm tone. I think you will be able to create add some warmth to the sound of many acoustic pieces that you may not get on an acoustic guitar. So, I do not consider this a problem, but rather a benefit.
