Does it matter if there is a significant change in level of effort (reduction of 25% or more) for an individual reported on the All Personnel Report?
For the purposes of the All Personnel Report, report individuals who work on the project for at least one person month. However, remember that a reduction of effort by 25% or more by the PD/PI or other personnel specifically named in the NoA requires the prior approval of the NIH Grants Management Officer.
