Does it hurt to get teeth pulled out?
I’ve had 8 teeth pulled out. In my personal experience, the actual teeth pulling didn’t hurt at all (the area had been numbed by a few local anesthetic injections). These injections, especially the one in the pallet (the hard plate that forms the ‘ceiling’ of your mouth) are actually quite painful. But, of course, it depends on the process, the anesthetic, the number of teeth being pulled and the patient. Good luck to your friend.
