It’s too bad you don’t like the peels on the spud, as that’s where most of the beneficial vitamins are at, the rest is fiber and water. If you peel it first, you may end up with a dry skin on the outside, which isn’t real good to eat ( it’s a texture thing). If your nuke is 1000 watts, put a medium spud in at fulll power for three minutes on one side, roll over and nuke for two to two and one-half minutes. Take out and wrap with foil and let it set for five minutes. As always, pierce the spud in several places with a knife before putting it in the nuke to prevent an explosion….not fun to clean up. Enjoy!
