Does it cost to have a job listed on the LDI-Line and placed in LDIs Plan Rooms?
No! Jobs bidding will be listed on the LDI-Line at no cost to the Architect or General Contractor. All we need is a complete set of plans and specifications (which will be returned once scanning is completed) and some additional information about the project (size, bid date, ect.) and the General Contractor(s) bidding (name of Project Manager, etc.) Printed drawings will be made available in all LDI Plan Rooms for review by qualified bidders (there are no membership or subscription fees for using LDI’s Plan Rooms.) The only requirement is that the company or person who places the job on the LDI-Line keep us advised of addenda, bid date changes and other updates that affect the project.
